Craig Groeschel Leadership Podcast

With this being both and audio and video podcast I’ve found it is really helpful to stop and watch the videos instead of listening while I’m out for a run or driving down the road. Craig’s lessons are clear and to the point which makes them easier to apply in my everyday leadership.

Real Leaders by Mark Driscol

Mark fucuses on leadership traits that are applicable both at home and in the office. He tends to teach from the “this is what it looks like when it’s done wrong” point of view with real life examples. I have never listened to one of his lessons that hasn’t left me with a list of things to work on so I can better lead my team.

The Andy Stanley Leadership Podcast

Through interviews with people making waves in the industry of B2B sales, not a podcast goes by without a new idea from an industry trailblazer. The only focus is sales and sales strategy.

Jocko PodcastThis is the heading

Jocko spent 20 years as a Navy Seal and spearheaded the development of leadership training through the seals. He takes the leadership principles that he learned and developed while in the Seals and applies them to businesses across a wide range of industries and fields. If you aren’t looking for a hard call to start leading the way your team needs it and a realization that the success and failure lands on your shoulders as the leader then this one might not be for you. The only drawback is this one is long. I usually listen to it at 2x speed just to help.
